Colour blind

I have written before on this subject, to no avail - so here it comes again.

When is something positive going to be done to deal with the ever increasing band of motorists who openly flout current parking restrictions and ignore double yellow lines? I cannot believe they are all colour blind. Great Malvern is grinding to a halt because of these selfish people and it is high time something was done about it. Like all these issues there only needs to be an example set and word would soon get around.
