I wholeheartedly agree with Christine Shepherd's comments about the name of the new health centre. Surely a much more appropriate name for this monstrosity would be White Elephant!
The only consolation for Ms Shepherd is that unlike myself, she does not have to live opposite this blot on the landscape!
