Wildly unimaginative name

PROSPECT View? Whoever decided on the name of the new health centre?

A view is a prospect. A prospect is a view, at least in good English. This is like Bredon Hill, which I am told is the word hill in three languages, viz. Hillhill Hill.

Not only is this a wildly unimaginative and tautologous name; they then put it on vertically so that we all think they must have made a mistake.

In fact, I suppose we are meant to realise that this is ART. The NHS should surely be spending money more wisely.
