Scandal of the single parsnip
THANK you, Clare Wells (Letters, March 27), for telling us about this supermarket jobsworth's refusal to sell or give you one solitary parsnip, preferring to let it go to waste.
However, there is nothing we can do about it unless, in the public interest, the Gazette reveals which Malvern supermarket treats its customers and produce in this way.
Perhaps an investigative article is appropriate, then we can make up our minds whether or not we want to shop there.
