I WRITE with regard to the story in the Ledbury Reporter (March 20) about my disquiet with certain behaviour of a few members of Ledbury Town Council.
It is interesting that friends of those to whom my comments were aimed have responded magnificently on their behalf, but as I made no mention as to whom I was referring how is it that those concerned know exactly where they were aimed?
It is an implied admission of their bad behaviour?
Furthermore, I have no intention of standing as a town or any other councillor.
Why should I wish to sit with those whose behaviour I find reprehensible?
Today there is an eclipse of the sun, and as I write the sky is darkening.
Easter is nearly upon us and 2,000 years ago a darkness fell on the face of the earth.
Perhaps we should awaken and heed.
