Sir - I would like to issue a warning to all disabled theatre goers to Malvern Theatres.
Please do the irresponsible thing and park in the street, cause chaos and block the road up.
If you don't heed this warning and try to be responsible and park in the local car park, the only one which is a flat short walk to the theatre, you will be issued with a penalty notice. It appears that unlike most authorities Malvern Council does not allow blue badge holders to park for three hours . When I tried to appeal I was told I should have parked on the street.
So all you disabled drivers please feel free to be totally irresponsible or else pay a £25.00 fine for doing the right thing. Well done Malvern you really are first in the queue for public relations towards people with disabilities.
