ON behalf of the Ledbury Community Day committee, I wish to thank both those taking part and the residents who visited the 65 stalls and events in making the day such a success.
The town was buzzing with people, despite the wet morning, showing a real demonstration of a community working together.
The historical interest was overwhelming for the Masters House tours and the display of photos by Old Ledbury Facebook.
The aim of the day is to showcase the many organisations in the local area that contribute to the cultural, leisure, sporting, charitable, spiritual and educational wealth of Ledbury.
It is all given for free because of the support from Heineken and Ledbury Town Council.
For those who missed some of the action or wish to show their friends how entertaining the day was, please go to www.ledburycommunityday.org.uk and find the photos that have been put online.
