I would like to thank very much those kind, warm-hearted people who helped me last Tuesday (February 11) when a strong gust of wind blew me over on the forecourt of Malvern library.

As soon as I fell several people came hurrying over. A gentleman wrapped his coat round me as I lay on the ground, and several ladies added their coats too to keep me warm.

Someone phoned for an ambulance, also to a friend for me, and I was kept company until the ambulance arrived.

Thank you, too, to Malvern library for finding a private space (in the midst of their alterations) for the paramedics to assess me.

It is wonderful to know that spontaneous help is so willingly given by Malvern people.

It was a humbling experience and I thank each one of you.

May God bless you all.
