THERE are 24,800 homes in the Malvern district supplied with a wheelie bin.
That is 1,200 less than we were told had them last week.
The bid said 28,500 homes would have bins – originally it was to be 29,000 homes.
It was reported that we purchased some 30,000 bins in total and 4,000 now reside in Pendragon Close. So where are the other 1,200?
That’s around £20,000, half the amount needed to pay the council tax benefit for next year.
