I WAS a technician at Winchester Hospital.
My mother was in a ward that had a matron and my young son died there.
Both got good treatment because there were more Indians than chiefs, and both were cost-conscious.
I have just discovered that GPs are supplying BUPA with information free of charge, when the latter have contributed nothing to that information, collated atthe taxpayers’ expense.
Other than my MP, no chiefs seem to be interested in recouping any ofthis expense from BUPA.
