Shot for cowardice

My letter on the subject of wheelie bins in the Gazette dated 22 February, is obviously incorrect.

The plastic hordes are invading and the ‘we know what is best brigade’, for our residents have won!

That, which was not broken, has been fixed.

Having attended the Council meeting last Tuesday, I would say one thing to the councillors who abstained, it is fortunate that this is not the period of the Great War, otherwise you would have been taken outside and shot for ‘cowardice in the face of the enemy’.
