FIRST bus took over Fruitlands, Arosa, Poolbrook, Barnards Green.
I and lots of other people have rung many times to complain about the 42 route, sent emails, contacted the Hub, Highways and councillors.
The bus goes up and down 10 minutes early or late or not at all.
As it is getting winter we know the bus won’t get up the hill so we won’t get any service but won’t know this until we have frozen outside.
Children and pensioners have to cross the road when the bus comes and due to Cala Homes building in the centre, vans, lorries 4x4s, we can’t see or been seen.
Astons Coaches charged less and were more trustworthy so why did First get the contract?
