More wasted cash

I WATCHED in amazement early Monday morning as workmen erected a large Christmas tree and a lovely new white fence below the flood barrier in front of The Kings Head in Upton.

Had no one seen the weather forecast?

Soon after it was moved to higher ground to the side of the Kings Head.

I wonder how much this latest ineptitude has cost us ratepayers?
