SEVERAL months ago I wrote to the Gazette regarding next year’s proposed parking permit increases from £15 to £25.
There were more letters on the subject recently and if the increase goes ahead, then I for another one, will not be renewing my permit and I shall also go to other shops where parking is free.
I don’t wish to pay £10 more when nearly all other parking charges are being lowered!
It will be cheaper for me to ‘Pay as I go’ or park where it is free.
Talk about biting the hand that feeds you.
