The Remembrance Service this Sunday, is at St.Gabriels this year, but the wreath laying in the Church and on the Green at the War Memorial here in Welland, will be at 9.50am Sunday.
I have been asked to float the idea of having a Zumba class here in Welland Parish Hall. First we need someone to take it and then to see if there will be enough people to come and join! Ring me if there is any interest please 01684 310289.
Kids Klobber will be celebrating 20 years of selling tomorrow. Come along especially anyone who came to the first ones all those years ago.
Time for all the Christmas Fairs. St.James the weekend of 19th and 20th November in the Church. St Wulstans Church 30th November in the Parish Hall and the Pre-school on the 4th December in the Parish Hall. Great way of buying your Christmas presents and helping good causes at the same time.
3rd December is the next flea market at St.James 9-3 and in the evening on the same day the Malvern Salvation Army Band and Choir will be performing in the Church. This is the first time they have been to Wellandand I for one am looking foward to them coming. Entrance is free with a retiring collection. Yet another worthy cause.
