A remarkable £500 was raised at last weekend’s joint birthday party for John Burton and Richard Hammond at the Royal British Legion club. The money will be handed over to representatives of Malvern Community Hospital at a presentation at the Remembrance Sunday lunch at the club on November 13th. Thanks to all who came to the party and helped to raise this splendid sum.
Tomorrow Saturday will see the Legion host another of its popular Fun Nights from 8.30pm, with skittles, bingo, a raffle, and a game of Killer and a free buffet. New players (and eaters!)welcome.
