Three weeks tomorrow I will hopefully manage to do the wingwalk. I think I will stay in bed until then. Its still not too late to donate to Childline. justgiving/fundraising/Mary-Purser.

The popular Flea Markets in the Church start again on Saturday 3rd September. Tables are £5 and you can sell (within reason) anything you like. Doesn't have to be fleas.
We are still trying to find out when the clock hammer will be fixed.
The Church now has the money to pay for it thanks to the fund raising efforts from the Fete. I suspect we aren't the only Church with Bell Tower problems though. Just look at the Malvern Priory.
Don't forget that on Friday mornings in the Church, is coffee and chat time. 10am till 12.30pm. Just turn up and if you are new to the village it is a good way of meeting people. I am also there if there is anything you would like me to put in the Gazette.
