The club made its first summer visit to view Showborough House Sculpture Gardens, located near Twyning, on Thursday, 9th June.

Showborough is a private garden which opens for a short time each year. It promotes the work of many local sculptors and there were about 80 exhibits, in a wide range of media, on display. It was a lovely warm afternoon and we enjoyed the gardens, exploring the different areas, as well as admiring the sculptures. We took advantage of the lovely weather to drink tea and eat cake in the beautiful surroundings.

Due to unforeseen circumstances The Annual Show will now be held on Sunday 4th September in the West Malvern Village Hall. Bring your exhibits between 11a.m. and 1p.m. The doors then open for viewing the exhibits at 2.30p.m. Everyone is invited to take part, 20p per class entry fee. Please look out for schedules later this month.

There will be a Coffee Morning on Thursday 1st September, to support Macmillan Nurses, in the village hall at 10.30a.m.
