We look forward with anticipation to Saturday 2 July which will see the return of the Worcester Symphony Orchestra to Christ Church. This very talented local orchestra gave an excellent performance on their last visit .This year they will , once again, be conducted by the also very talented Keith Slade . Their programme will include Vivaldi, Double Cello Concerto in G Minor. Beethoven , Romance No 2 , Mozart Piano Concerto 23 in A Minor , Tartini Concertino for Clarinet & Strings & Haydn, Symphony No 101 The “Clock”. Tickets are very reasonably priced at £12, concessions £10, children: one child free with adult, additional children £5 and tickets can be purchased on the door. Wine and soft drinks & canapes will be served at the interval. Please do join us for a lovely evening . Before then you have another opportunity to join us for our regular Saturday morning Book Fair and your Saturday coffee from 10am until noon. As always we look forward to welcoming you.
