DESPITE an unseasonably cold day, Members of the local National Trust Centre enjoyed an outing to Hampton Court near Leaminster. Our guide gave an excellent insight into the history of ownership of the Court, together with a full descriptions of the unusual artefacts seen. The Court is surrounded by vast lawns and ancient trees together with formal, walled, vegetable and fruit gardens, proving to be an interesting walk.
