SADLY the jumble sale for the cancer charities was not so well patronised.
A huge bounty of jumble and bric-a-brac etc the likes of which hadn't been seen before didn't realise the potential profit hoped for by the willing volunteers, only £450 being taken during the afternoon.
This Mrs Pitt has decided will now be her last jumble sale. What a shame!
We say a huge thank you to all the helpers who give up a whole day for fundraising the jumble sale way with many huge financial successes and to all of our supporters who willingly donate items for sale.
