THIS Saturday, October 3 we have two events - CaCoffany at 10am in the morning when a programme of uplifting hymns will be presented for all to sing. This will be followed at 10.45am with the opportunity to catch up with friends over coffee and cake. There is no admission charge but a Bring and Buy stall will be available to raise funds for the maintenance of our church.

On your way to CaCoffany, you can drop off items at the Parish Hall for our Jumble Sale in the afternoon! Doors open for this at 2pm and entrance costs 30p. This is an ideal time to de-clutter your home before the autumn. If you need help with collection or delivery of sale items, please contact Flick Wiggins on 01684 833891, who will be pleased to assist.

Tickets are on sale for our Harvest Supper in the Parish Hall on Saturday, October 10 at 7.30pm for 8pm. These are limited in number and need to be purchased in advance to provide numbers for catering; they cost £10 per person. A licensed bar will run throughout the evening and magician Sam Reynolds will provide entertainment. All proceeds will support St Gregory's Development Project. Please contact Lionel (01684 562757), Sarah (01684 833869) or Roger (01684 833445) for tickets sales and further details.

This Sunday, our service is Kaleidoscope, an alternative form of worship to Evening Prayer. If you haven't attended this before, do come along and join us in singing modern worship songs to CD tracks, with a relaxed order of service including set readings and a short address from The Reverend Chris Moss.
