THE July meeting of the Society was the AGM and the following Officers were elected - Chairman Michael Speed, Secretary Jean Evans and Treasurer David Hodgson.
This was followed a talk by the Society Web master Catherine Banks, who gave an insight on how the website works together with the various links to genealogical websites.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday, September 2 when Keith Catell will talk on Island - hopping around the British Isles.
All details on the Society can be found at www.mfhs.org.uk. The Society meets on the first Wednesday of the month in the Drama Studio, Dyson Perrins C of E Academy, Yates Hay Road, Malvern WR14 1WD. Doors open at 7pm. New members and visitors will be most welcome. Please note: the entrance is via the side carpark in Yates Hay Road. Look out for way pointers.
