ROGER Smith gave a talk on Link Nurseries at Parkway WI's August meeting.
Link Nurseries provides horticultural therapy and is based in Powick.
Much interest was shown by members regarding the diverse ways in which therapists at the centre engage with their client group while offering support and encouragement as people seek to maximize opportunities to find or return to work.
There are a number of open days during the year which the general public can attend and Roger encouraged members to try and visit, recommending the tea and cake.
Parkway WI meets on the second Tuesday of each month in the Baptist Church Rooms, Homend, Ledbury, from 2pm.
