AFTER last month's foray into Caribbean steel band music, nostalgia is the keyword for tomorrow's (Saturday, July 25) Hanleys Community Cafe & Market as we remember things Vintage & Vinyl: the clothes, the records, the fun of the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s - some stuff to buy and some stuff just to look at... and all taking place in Hanley Swan's village hall.
In addition there will be the usual range of stall holders selling fresh bread, honey, preserves, fresh vegetables, garden plants, cheese, jewellery, pies, cakes, cards and a mass of other products between 10am and noon, plus live music from our regular pair of keyboard musicians. As always there is a raffle and cafe where you can sit with friends and drink fresh coffee and enjoy homemade cakes at a very reasonable price.
All monies raised by our market is reserved to support community events and organisations etc.
