THE Beer & Beast Festival at The Farmers Arms was well-attended this past weekend.
The service this Sunday morning, 9.30am, at Christ Church is Family Communion. Wednesday prayers continue at 9.30am.
Items for the Food Bank may be placed in the box just inside the church entrance. Thanks to all who so faithfully contribute.
The Curious Blend Coffee Morning is this Thursday at The Memorial Hall, 10am–noon. Come along for a chance to meet your neighbours and to browse through the second-hand books.
The schools are now closed and the children on holiday. We wish safe travelling to all who are going away: have a happy time.
And a thought to end with: ‘Always try to drive so that your license will expire before you do.’
