MALVERN Hills Lions Club recently purchased and presented IT equipment to the Tribe Community Interest Company, a group of young people that meet at the Cube, Malvern.

The equipment with a total value of nearly £900 included a computer, printer capable of double sided printing, extra external backup storage, a graphics tablet, other additional programs and the necessary leads to bring it all together. The presentation was made to some of the group by the president of the Lions Club, Richard Sarginson.

Following the presentation Saira Beebeejaun, Youth Works Manager for the Tribe CIC said that. “The equipment would benefit around 200 young people a week involved in the group, and would give them experience and the opportunity to produce anything from posters for an event, to making and editing videos which was one of there top aims.”

A reminder that Lions care about very penny that they collect and ensure that every penny counts. Every penny collected going to good causes. Not one penny is spent on administration.
