THIS Thursday morning, 10am-noon, is the Curious Blend Coffee Morning at the Memorial Hall.
Make the most of this opportunity to support the ladies who make the refreshments and set things up for us all to enjoy a good chat. There are plenty of second-hand books to select from, too.
The village church service this week (9.30am) is Pentecost Family Communion. Jesus said: ‘I am going away but I am sending you The Comforter, the Holy Spirit.’ (Gospel of John).

On Friday, June 5, 6pm-8pm, Longacre in Colwall (WR13 6DT)will have an Open Garden Evening. The event will raise money for the Guide Dogs Association and some of our villagers are preparing to do the Conistan Challenge 2015 to support this cause.
You may want to diarise the village Quiz Night, June 12 at 7pm for 7.30pm in the Memorial Hall. Tables of up to 6 people, a mere £2.50 per adult and primary school children are free.
