A WARM thank you to all who helped to make the Bosbury Bluebell Walk such a success.

A great team effort, good weather and a most enjoyable afternoon resulted in £1,614.96 to be shared between the Parish Hall and Holy Trinity Church.

Tonight, May 15, Flicks in the Sticks present A Most Wanted Man (15), starring Philip Seymour Hoffman, Willem Dafoe and Rachel McAdams. Adapted from John Le Carré's 2008 spy novel, the film is a tense thriller set in Hamburg. Homemade ice cream, wine and nibbles will be available on the night. Entrance is £5 for adults. Doors open at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start.

Tomorrow, Saturday, May 16, Bosbury’s regular Farmers’ Market and Coffee Morning will be held, between 10.30am and noon, at Bosbury Parish Hall. All the regular suppliers, offering lamb, pork and beef, seasonal vegetables, eggs, homemade preserves, cakes, bread, cheese and Liqueurs will be there. Fairtrade groceries and gifts, Phoenix cards and individual craft cards will also be on sale. Fairtrade coffee or tea, with a biscuit is £1. Entry is free.

On Sunday, May 17, Children’s Church, a relaxed act of worship with singing, Bible stories, activities and prayers for all ages, will be held at 10am at Holy Trinity Church, Bosbury. All are welcome.

Please note that the Annual General Meeting of the Bosbury Parish Hall Committee has been postponed from Tuesday, May 19 to July 7.

THE Annual Parish meeting for Bosbury and Coddington will be held at Bosbury Village Hall on Thursday, May 21 at 7pm.

Updates will be given on the Bosbury Neighbourhood Plan and ongoing developments in the parishes. All residents are invited to attend.

The Annual meeting of Bosbury and Coddington Parish Council will follow on after the parish meeting. There are currently councillor vacancies, if you are interested in becoming a councillor please contact the clerk Janet Chester at bosburyclerk@btinternet.com for further information.

Members of the public are very welcome to attend. The Meeting Agendas will be on the Council Notice Board outside the Hall from Monday May 18.

Agendas for both meetings will be displayed on the notice boards in both parishes a minimum of three days prior to the meeting date.
