HANLEYS COMUNITY CAFE AND MARKET

TOMORROW, Saturday, April 25 one of the world's leading experts on de-cluttering will be giving a 30/45 minute talk on the subject in Hanley Swan's small hall at 10.30am.

Karen Kingston has filled 1000+-seat halls in cities all over the world with her talks on de-cluttering so we are delighted that she has agreed to speak in our village at our community event.

Karen, who lives in Upper Welland said, "Most of my teaching is now done through online courses rather than at face-to-face events, but I was invited me to do this talk, and happily agreed as I feel it's very important to give something back to the community I live in, and this is the best way I can do it." Admission is free and is on a first-come-first-served basis.

A further talk at about noon will be given if there is a spillover audience. Signed copies of Karen's book Clear Your Clutter with Feng Shui which has sold some two million copies worldwide will be available for purchase.

This talk will be in the small hall of Hanley Swan's village hall while the cafe and market takes place, as usual, in the large hall where stall holders will be selling fresh bread, honey, preserves, fresh vegetables, garden plants, cheese, jewellery, pies, cakes, cards and a mass of other products between 10am and 12.30pm in addition there will be live music from our regular pair of keyboard musicians. As always there is a raffle and the usual cafe where you can sit with friends and drink fresh coffee and enjoy homemade cakes at a very reasonable price.

Profits from the cafe and market go to local good causes.
