PRESIDENT Amy welcomed everyone to the first meeting of the New Year.
It was a social occasion and cards were on the tables!
Maureen introduced members to the entertaining game of Hong Kong Whist. They were slow learners but eventually got the hang of it and had a very enjoyable evening.
The next meeting is on Thursday, February 6 at St Andrews church hall when members will learn more of Queen Victoria from the History Man.
