DYMOCK will switching on the traditional Tree of Light on Wintours Green at 5.30pm on Saturday, December 6.
There will be carols, mince pies and hot drinks. Each light may sponsored in memory of a loved one – details available in the Beauchamp Arms.
The festive spirit continues in St Mary’s Church with a Christmas Celebration on Friday, December 12 beginning at 7pm. The lively programme will feature children from Ann Cam School, the Young Voices and Adult Choir from St Mary’s and the St John’s Brass ensemble from Hereford. Tickets are available in advance from Dymock Shop (01531 890259) Adults £6 (children free) or £8 at the door.
The popular Carols in the Pub will again take place this year in the Beauchamp Arms on Friday, December 19. Book early for a meal and arrive in good time for the carols starting at 8pm. This year’s charity collection will be in aid of The Family Haven that supports vulnerable families to a brighter future.
