Members of Malvern Hills Lions Club ran a stall along with other local organisations at the Community Action Christmas Fair on Saturday which was held at the York Hall of Malvern St James School. Just over £60 was raised.

On Saturday evening members of the club joined guests and members of other Lions Club's at The Bank House Hotel and Golf Club for a dinner and disco to celebrate Worcester Lions Club's 45th Charter Anniversary. The anniversary of their charter being granted is celebrated in some way by all Lions Clubs. Usually around the date of it's originally presentation. The Malvern Club was formed in 1975 and although it's charter was presented early in that year the club will not be celebrating it's 40th Charter Anniversary until June next year.
