THE Church was filled once mote with the sound of the ESO on Friday evening when the audience heard a programme of Mc Cabe, Mozart and Haydn. Peter Adams played beautifully in Haydn’s engaging Cello Concerto and the buoyant Mozart Symphony No 29 was much enjoyed.
We are now busy getting ready for our Christmas Fair, this Saturday, November 22 from 10am to 1pm please come and see all we have on display and enjoy a lovely home cooked breakfast of bacon and eggs or sausage or a lunch. We will have live music for the Chase Brass Band to entertain us.
On Sunday, November 23 come along to our 11am service, taken by our new Archdeacon, Robert Jones for the first time at Christ Church.
The shoe boxes can be dropped at Church until Friday, November 28 or bring them on Sunday November 30 when the shoe boxes will be blessed in our 11am service by Canon Harold Goddard and then at 6.30pm also on November 30 on we have an Advent Carol Service with Malvern St James school, by candle light. Look forward to seeing you there.
