Rudolf’s Christmas Fayre is on Saturday December 6 at the village Memorial Hall, 10am -12 noon. There will be many stalls and any donations towards these would be appreciated i.e. nearly-new gifts, toys, games, books – or money! You won’t want to miss out on the freshly baked cakes too! Please phone Marilyn on 01531 633140 for more information or if you can help. Many thanks!

Another important event at the Memorial Hall is ‘welcome day’ on Saturday December 13 10.30am – 11.30am, for the newcomers to the village. If you’re new, please come along and meet the regulars! Information of village activities will be on display.

Please make a note, too, that you are invited to join in with the village carol-singing around the village on Wednesday December 17. Meet at the ‘old oak tree’.

And finally, this week is the Curious Blend Coffee Morning once again, 10am -12 noon, at the hall.

Enjoy your week!
