ANOTHER busy week and another first for Christ Church, when on Tuesday , the ESO recorded their new performance which premiered in London this weekend, Wall of Water.

Then, on Thursday, October16, we were delighted to host a charity event, the Cantabile Concert . The Cantabile Choir performed to raise money for Arcos, our much needed, local charity in Avenue Road, Malvern.

The girls sang beautifully and it was easy to see how they were finalists in Choir Of the Year, 2014. The audience delighted in a varied programme which included Handel, Faure, Schubert, Delibes and traditional English songs. The soloists were wonderful and, as one member of the audience said, “The choir was stunning and I can well imagine that some of them will go on to a well-deserved career, either in opera or light entertainment. “

A treat during the interval as everyone enjoyed Brian’s cakes served from his from his Cake Cabin!
