A GLOBAL firm has more than tripled its Worcester office space taking the last remaining part of Whittington Hall Business Park.

Horiba Test Automation Ltd, part of the worldwide Japanese Horiba Group of companies, has taken a new five year lease on 4,696 square foot of fully refurbished, premium office accommodation in Suite 4 Brook Court, Whittington Hall, Whittington Road, through the help of Blue Marble Asset Management, acting on behalf of the Pemberstone Partnership.

Horiba is already based in an 1,800 sq ft office suite in Whittington Hall’s Teme House. Adding the new space in Brook Court is its second expansion at the 80,000 sq ft business park.

The lease to Horiba follows a new 10 year lease to Miller Homes, also at Brook Court, and the retention of existing tenant Bamboo Marketing which signed a new five year lease, meaning that Whittington Hall is now fully let.

Louise Dunn-Massey of Horiba said: “In order to accommodate significant growth in its workforce, Horiba Test Automation Ltd is delighted to have secured a five year lease on premises at Brook Court, Whittington Hall.

"Horiba has been based at Whittington Hall for 11 years, and finds that the site provides a calm and productive working environment, whilst being easily accessible from the M5."

Blue Marble chief executive Tim Matthews said: "This is another vote of confidence by its tenants in Worcester's prime out of town business park.

"Occupiers such as Horiba enjoy attractive semi-rural surroundings, great on-site facilities and excellent tenant service in a very accessible location, close to Junction 7 of the M5."
