WORCESTERSHIRE law firm Thursfields has announced its latest senior promotion.
Laura Williams has been promoted to associate in Thursfields’ family division, less than 18 months after joining the company’s Worcester head office.
After graduating in Law from Staffordshire University she was admitted as a solicitor in 2010 before joining Thursfields in August 2016 after more than 13 years at the HallmarkHulme law firm.
She specialises in all aspects of relationship breakdown including divorce, cohabitation disputes, division of assets upon separation, and issues surrounding arrangements for children.
Shane Miller, director of Thursfields’ family division, said: “Laura has contributed significantly to the firm’s success since joining us.
"Her promotion is well-deserved.
“Not only has she proven herself commercially, she has also helped in organising and taking part in events promoting the firm, including the creation and development of Thursfield’s successful Ladies’ golf events.
