A PROPERTY maintenance company, a subsidy of Worcester-based Fortis Living, has made the list of Worcestershire’s top 50 fastest growing businesses.

Fortis Property Care (FPC) has been ranked number 25 in The Worcestershire Growth Barometer 2017 which focuses on mid-sized businesses based on turnover growth in the last three years.

Produced by BDO, the report found that Worcestershire’s fastest growing mid-sized companies generated £2.4b in revenues last year, contributing to 64 per cent growth over a three year period.

Bill Tebay, managing director of FPC, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been recognised as one of the county’s fastest growing businesses.

"Our substantial growth is testimony to the hard work and dedication of our employees as well as our vision for growth and development in the sector we work in.”

FPC was created in April 2014 after its parent company, Festival Housing, merged with Worcester Community Housing to become Fortis Living.

FPC also provides a service to external clients including neighbouring housing associations Rooftop Housing Group and West Mercia Homes.

Fortis Property Care is a subsidiary of Fortis Living and has its own board made up of some major stakeholders including Rooftop Housing Group’s finance director. The projected turnover in 2017/2018 is £22.7 million.
