A HALLOW pub has undergone a refurbishment, rebrand and recruited a new head chef.
The Crown Inn at Hallow ran by Will and Sacha Donaldson for the last nine years, has undergone a refurbishment designed to reinforce the restaurant’s commitment to seasonal, and locally sourced fare.
New head chef Chris Monk has created a new seasonal a la carte menu showcasing flavours with ingredients sourced as fresh, and locally as possible.
The Crown Inn in Main Road has also launched a series of events from cookery and bakery masterclasses to chef demonstrations and wine tasting that will take place in the tipi.
Mr Donaldson said: “It’s our ninth year in the business and we felt the time was right to evolve the offer.
"Our aim is to elevate the culinary experience and we’re hoping that Chris appointment alongside our schedule of events will help us achieve this.
"We’re proud to invest in The Crown Inn as we enter our 10th year next year and we would like to extend a huge thank you to our customers for their support.
"We’re really excited about what the next chapter in our story will bring.”
