A MALVERN company is hoping to grow and expand with the launch of its latest ground-breaking cyber security product.

Deep Secure, based in Malvern’s Enigma Business Park, is planning to unveil a major new software product which helps defend against cyber attack and fraud.

The company, which employs nearly 50 people, is looking to announce the project at a major cyber security event in London in June, but the product is already under consideration with both the Home Office and the Cabinet Office.

Company CEO Dan Turner briefed West Worcestershire MP Harriett Baldwin on the company’s plans for growth and demonstrated its latest IT kit, which intercepts malware and viruses including those hidden in files like Twitter and Instagram images.

Mrs Baldwin said: “Deep Secure has ambitious plans and the team is confident that this new product will launch them into a phase of hyper-growth.

“They are all very excited by the launch and I was keen to offer my support as they begin to unveil this solution to its UK and global customers.

“Once again, I am impressed that the brilliant brains of Malvern are developing world-class innovations but also working hard to make them profitable selling to domestic and foreign customers.”

Mr Turner added: “Harriett visited us at a very exciting juncture for the business.

"Our team of technologists led by Dr Simon Wiseman has engineered a game-changing solution.

“Current cyber solutions are designed to isolate or detect threats – but those threats are already known and out there. Our solution removes all threats, including those that are unknown and undetectable.”
