A NEW gym has opened in Worcester following a £500,000 investment.

Revolution Fitness has opened a second club in the area, following the successful opening of a gym in Malvern four years ago.

The new city gym is run by twins Kristian and Jason Eacock, who grew up in the area.

The low cost, 24-hour gym, is in a state-of-the-art fitness facility which has transformed the Shaw Trust office building, next to Bradford's building supplies located on Tolladine Road.

The new gym has created more than 20 jobs, and offers more than 60 classes a week, which are included within a monthly membership fee.

The fully air conditioned gym is one of the biggest in the city and includes some of the industry's best fitness equipment.

It features a free weight area, a dedicated functional training zone complete with a 15 metre prowler track, changing rooms with lockers and cubicle showers, and free parking for members directly in front of the club.

Jason Eacock, director of Revolution Fitness, said: “This will be our biggest gym yet and we are so excited to be bringing our unique offering to Worcester.

"We are proud of the value for money that we represent and feel that a premium product should not mean a premium price.

"We will have a knowledgeable and vastly experienced team to support you every step of the way, whether you are looking to get fit, slim down, or train for that special event, we have all you need and more.’’
