A MALVERN marketing agency has helped a national vehicle windscreen company more than double its online bookings after designing a new website.

Pepperneck, which is based on the town's Enigma Business Park, worked on the contract for National Windscreens, the £109 million turnover vehicle glass and replacement specialist. The firm has seen a 156 per cent increase in online job bookings since its new website was launched earlier this year.

Pepperneck has worked with National Windscreens for more than 15 years and recently launched a new brand identity which has been implemented throughout the organisation, including 108 fittings centres and 800 vehicles. The new website is the latest stage in a coordinated marketing strategy being delivered by Pepperneck, designed to increase awareness of the National Windscreens’ brand in line with its position as a UK market leader.

Pepperneck managing director Steve Adams said: "As a national company targeting a number of different audiences, it is vital that National Windscreens’ web presence reflects its status as a leading UK wide service provider. The website needed to work on a number of levels, but the most important from a commercial aspect is the number of visitors that convert to jobs booked. We are really pleased with the level of business the site is generating for National Windscreens as it validates the recommendations we made when the project first started.”

National Windscreens’ managing director Pete Marsden added: "We are operating in a very competitive market place and need to make sure we are constantly raising awareness of our services to ensure the market realises that we offer a service proposition which far outweighs other providers. Our website not only showcases the services we offer – it is also a vital tool for motorists that need to book repairs and replacements. We are extremely pleased with the increase in business generated so far and we will be continually reviewing the site to identify any areas where it could add further value for all of our clients.”
