PERSHORE-based health company M3 Occupational Health has been acquired by health insurance group BHSF.
Run from Deer Park Business Centre, M3 provides high quality occupational health services across the UK using a large and widely-spread network of occupational health physicians. Following the deal, M3’s managing director and founder Dean Mortimer is joining BHSF, which is headquartered in Bromsgrove, to support its business development plans.
BHSF group chief executive Peter Maskell, said: “M3 is highly-regarded and we are very pleased it is joining our growing occupational health business. This gives us added credibility in the marketplace and further reach across the UK. We are still looking to acquire further suitable businesses in order to achieve a truly nationwide OH service. We are well known amongst HR professionals for our not-for-profit ethos, straight-talking, high-quality and outstanding value for money. Our reputation is a major contributor to our success and our philosophy of putting value ahead of cost is welcomed by clients.”
No redundancies are expected to arise in either company and M3 staff will be transferring to the head office of BHSF.
