MEDICAL Accident Group, the sister company of top 100 law firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys, has appointed three new staff members to its growing team.

Beverley Brewer has joined as chartered legal executive. Miss Brewer has experience in dealing with a wide range of clinical negligence claims, following 12 years’ working at Wadsworths Solicitors in Solihull, where she trained and qualified as a chartered legal executive specialising in clinical negligence.

She said; “I am delighted to have joined Medical Accident Group at a time when the firm is going through an exciting period of expansion. It has a great reputation for excellent client care and fantastic results and I am pleased to be on board.”

Medical Accident Group has also given new paralegals Eve Loughrey and Nathalie Needham the opportunity to get on the first rung of their career ladders in their ambitions to become solicitors.

Miss Loughrey is a recent graduate from the University of Liverpool, who completed her legal practice course at the University of Law. During her time at University, she studied modules including medical law and ethics, as well as PI and clinical negligence, which sparked her interest in this area of law.

Miss Needham is the latest recruit to join the team, having completed her law degree at the University of Nottingham and her LPC at the University of Law in Birmingham. She studied healthcare law as part of her degree, which fuelled her interest in the medical negligence field.

Inez Brown, partner and clinical negligence specialist at Medical Accident Group, said: “We are delighted to welcome Beverley, Eve and Nathalie to our team and we are confident that they will add real value to our clients.”
