LAW firm Gordon Lutton has expanded its residential property department
Solicitor Adam Barnes has joined to work across the company's Worcester and Hereford offices..
Mr Barnes had previously worked at both Griffiths Ings in Barry and Bevan-Evans and Capehorn in Chepstow, where he gained extensive experience in all manners of residential property transactions from property sales and purchases, to remortgaging and transfers of ownership. He completed his degree at University of Wales, Swansea and his legal practice course at Cardiff University. He has worked almost exclusively in property since then.
Head of property and managing partner Colin Gordon said: "The property department at Gordon Lutton is undergoing a period of sustained and significant growth. Adam is a great addition to our busy residential team."
Mr Barnes added: "I am delighted to join a growing firm of solicitors. I appreciate how stressful and confusing buying your own property can be, especially without the right guidance from a legal professional."
