THERE'S a new hand on the tiller at estate agent Fisher German's Worcester office.

Tom Dennes has taken over as partner in charge of the residential agency office in Sidbury, bringing with him 25 years of agency experience, more than half of that in the Midlands after starting his career in London. Mr Dennes has a track record of selling high quality cottages and country houses having previously worked for Savills and Knight Frank.

Stuart Flint, national head of agency for Fisher German, said: "I am delighted we have enticed Tom to join Fisher German. Our three offices in Worcestershire are growing at a rapid pace and having high quality people to lead progressive and experienced teams is vital to our continued success”.

Mr Dennes added: " I am excited to be joining Fisher German at a time when the office is thriving and their share of the market increasing year on year. Fisher German is unique in the area having two strong residential offices close together, one in Bromsgrove to the north and the other in Worcester City by the cathedral. I will be working closely with Christian Sanders, partner in charge in Bromsgrove, together with the teams in each office to provide a level of service that clients will find both compelling and refreshing.”
