A LITIGATION lawyer has returned to law firm mfg Solicitors following a 10-year career break.

Land and property dispute expert Sarah Coyne, who held a number of leadership roles at the practice between 1990 and 2004, has re-joined mfg an assistant solicitor and will be working with partner and head of the firm’s litigation division, Harjie Singh Bindra. With expertise in landlord and tenant claims, boundary disputes and trespass issues, Ms Coyne is the latest face to be added to mfg’s 11-strong litigation team and will be based at the firm’s Bromsgrove office.

She is an experienced litigator with top class credentials which can only reinforce what is already a talented, growing team. Ms Coyne, added: “After taking time out of the profession to bring up my two children I am delighted to be back at what is a much larger mfg. I originally joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner eight years later. I enjoyed every minute and hope to use that experience and knowledge to help give the best land and property-related advice to our clients in the months and years ahead.”

mfg Solicitors has 33 partners and employs more than 160 people. It has eight offices with main branches in Worcester, Kidderminster, Telford and Bromsgrove.
