ASDA in Worcester's St Martins Quarter, is introducing a new service for customers who will be able to order on line and then collect at the store saving shopping time.

General manager Penny Reynolds explained: "It is highly convenient as you can order up until midnight to collect from 8am the following day. You can also order up until midday to pick up from 4pm that very same day. The minimum order for both services is £25. Staff are trained to pick the best available dates and quality available on the shop floor - and if a product is not available they will substitute it for a premium product without any extra cost to the customer. The collection point is located just behind the customer services desk."

The store has been rated Asda's top in the region for customer service and stock availability. Monthly sales are up by nine per cent year on year and visitor numbers up by 11 per cent. St Martin’s Quarter marketing executive Selwyn Rowley added: "It is great news that Asda is making such tremendous progress and attracting more and more shoppers to the centre. The convenience of 'click and collect' can only help to build on this success.”
