WHEN Dragons' Den star Theo Paphitis wanted caterers for his son's wedding he knew just where to look. Because earlier this year the entrepreneur had chosen a firm from Worcestershire for special mention as part of his Small Business Sunday initiative.

As a result husband and wife team Christalla and Chris Ellinas, who run Greek Outdoors of Stourport-on-Severn, packed two vans with staff and food and made their way down to Cherkley Court in Surrey, which was once owned by Lord Beaverbrook, for the nuptials.

"It was an evening event for 125, although we took enough food for 250. It's a Greek thing," said Mr Ellinas. "We provided lamb, pork and chicken, grilled Halloumi plus full salad, olives pitta breads and dips and all the rest. Everything was prepared fresh on site, as it was picked up on route. It was a beautiful day and everything went very well. Theo actually tweeted this on his page."

In January Mr and Mrs Ellinas were selected from thousands of businesses as one of Mr Paphitis's six monthly winners and attended a special event at Birmingham NEC where they were presented with an award.
